The Circle of the Broken Moon is a mystical cabal, a loose affiliation of mages and magically-empowered metahumans. Its stated goal is to provide a networking resource for benevolent mystics, particularly those empowered by the Ring of Destiny. Anyone is welcome to join so long as their power is tied to the realm of the arcane and another member of the fellowship suggests them for membership. The group is unofficially coordinated by the mystics Nocturne and Adamant, who felt the need to form an arcane association separate from secret orders like Masonry.
While the Circle currently has no specific base of operations, meetings have thus far been held in Adamant's apartment and at Nocturne's family estate. As the cabal (hopefully) grows in size, a more permanent meetingplace may be established. At present the fellowship is small enough to fit in whatever space is convenient.
