Overview

Project Spotlight is a covert association of metahumans, and advocates of metahuman rights, formed in response to the anti-metahuman actions of SCION. It consists of three main goals, with its members variously involved in each:

• Investigation of SCION activities and procedures.
• Protection of targeted metahumans from abduction or assassination.
• Uncovering public evidence of SCION's nature with the goal of spurring public awareness and condemnation of the issue.

As of the moment the group is operating in secrecy under loose coordination by Spectrum, with no official meeting place. Apart from the primary directions of investigation, its members are looking for those who are able and willing to offer abilities and resources to the cause. They are also encouraged to work with others promoting metahuman acceptance, and to oppose other plans to abduct or harm metahumans as they come to light.
