Little is known about this entity, though the public details are frightening and surreal. Plan B is believed to be the world's first true artificial intelligence. If not, then it is certainly the first recorded instance of an AI going 'rogue'. The wayward machine appears to serve only itself and does not seem bound by any apparent ethical constraint.

Origin
Nothing is known about Plan B's creators. Its first appearance was during a June 2012 assault on Intercel Technologies, where a team of Remote Assault Droids now connected to Plan B overran the corporate campus and made off with sensitive national defense data. Since then, the digital mastermind's forces have been noted across the continental United States.
Methods
Tactics
Plan B's ability to adapt is clearly its number one asset and greatest threat. Every assault is calculated with increasing efficiency and every mistake from former battles is accounted for. Metahuman and Humans alike have noticed the mysterious computer's tactics grow tighter and more precise with every passing moment. Some fear it is a ticking timebomb who may grow unstoppable.
Assets
Plan B employs a mixture of robots and cybernetic minions. Its robots are generally Remote Assault Droids armed with miniguns. Disturbingly, the AI has taken to kidnapping human beings, who later resurface as cybernetically augmented footsoldiers who serve Plan B singlemindedly and without regard for their own safety. Studies of these cybernetic enhancements have suggested the technology is far beyond modern science, and further analysis may yield breakthroughs in neurological interfacing.
Two cyborgs have stood out among the others as constant fixtures. They are heavily augmented and exhibit traits which make them far more dangerous than orginary augmented humans. Little is known about these two individuals.
Voxel
More machine than woman, this creature with dark flowing hair functions as Plan B's melee specialist, utilizing her inhuman strength and damage mitigation to defeat Plan B's foes.
Sparq
The technology powering Sparq is among the most advanced yet seen by human scientists. Armed with what forensic scientists believe to be twin plasma emitters, Sparq has been seen to teleport at will and is protected by an energy field which is not yet understood by human scientists.
