Entropy is a young metahuman criminal; though wanted outright for a series of acts of chaos, he is also known to have underworld ties and often annoys/terrorizes his opponents there. In the latter arena, he's more known for finishing fights than starting them. His powers seem to manipulate coincidence - negative coincidence - and he also appears to have metahuman agility. He has been sighted thoughout the northeast and midwest and is of obvious native American descent (apologies for whatever inaccuracies in picture).

Though associated with the teenaged meta-criminal group known as the Heirs, he - along with fellow Heir and presumptive significant other Foxglove - have mysteriously dropped off the radar.
