Dragonchaser, real name Joseph Chow, is a metahuman thug in the employ of The Candymen. His general duty was to serve as a bodyguard for high-ranking member Angel Dust, who is also his lover, but he failed to prevent her capture by metahuman vigilantes in 2012. At present he is the only original member of the Candymen still at large under new leader China White.
