The weather manipulator Cold Front has appeared only a handful of times, but is most known for the finesse of her power usage - her ability to tweak large-scale weather patterns without climatic repurcussion. The source of her powers is unknown. In encounters, she tends to be self-assured and catty. She seems to have some kind of affectionate (perhaps romantic) relationship with Quietus. She was recently captured after an altercation at the West Hills Racetrack, but before the other villains fled the scene, Quietus put her into a deep coma - apparently with her consent.

He - and Deliria - rescued her from the hospital. The trio attempted to abduct four infants in their escape.
