Liam Lasilen was raised in Juner Springs, Alaska. He is an honorary member of the Navajo Tachini Tribe, who has come to Port Liberty to attend PLU. Liam keeps to himself most of the time, yet when approached he is social enough. Some might call him a charmer...others a rebel.
Blue Ranger is a fairly unknown metahuman. He has made appearances in Juno, Chicago, and New York City. Ranger participated in the capture of Metaclix in New York City. His skill with his "icebow" was an effcient attack against Meaclix's fire blasts.

Once Upon A Time
Liam Lucas Lasilen was born in Juno, Alaska on Januray 1, 1994. He is the youngest of 3 brothers from Jason and Joyce Lasilen. Liam's brothers names are Scott, and Tristan. The oldest to youngest goes from Scott, Tristan, and Liam. Tradtegy struck Liam's family very early, in fact, it struck when Liam was born. Joyce had a serious breach, which caused fatal internal bleeding because the doctor ripped the inner wall of her birth canal. Joyce bled to death, which resulted in Jason having to raise the boys on his own. It was discovered, that the doctor was under the influence of pain killers when he operated on Joyce. Jason sued the hospital and the doctor. Jason was rewarded 10 million dollars for the case, and Jason used that money to raise his kids.
When that Time Passed
Jason moved to Juner Springs about an hour north of Juno in the mountains in the middle of nowhere, and opened a resort. A resort that offered it's guest various activities like hiking, horseback riding, snowboarding, and more. In honor of his wife, Jason named the resort "Joyce's Place". Jason and his sons quickly became known as the Lasilen Boys, and their resort became a hotspot for romantic getaways. As the years past, the resort grew to over 150 employees and 50 arches of land. It was through his business savvy, love for people, and the help of his boys he was able to create this wonderful place. It was at this beautiful place Liam became the young man he is today. As a child, Liam played in the woods around the resort with his brothers while being home schooled. Liam learned how to swim, climb trees, snowboard, horseback riding, fly a small plane, and various kinds of survival skills related to camping.
At the age of 14, Liam began high school with his brother, Tristan. Scott had graduated, yet continued to fly his brothers so they could attend school in Juno. High School for Liam was eventful because he decided to try for a sports team. Liam has a natural athleticism that he gained over the years and decided to try out for the Track and Field team. He made the team, in fact, he made the elite team which was normally reserved for Seniors. This caused a number of problems for him because the seniors did not like having a freshman on their team. A number of seniors gave him his share of grief by playing jokes on Liam. Liam did not quit the team and worked hard to show them he could do it.
How that Time Changed him Forever
At the age of 16, Liam and Jazmin had gone camping in the northern mountains of Alaska with Jazmin's grandfather. This was the weekend the comet CRUCIBLE-1138 aka Ring of Destiny impacted against the moon. Jazmin's grandfather took the pair to an ancient temple within the mountain. A temple devoted to the Goddess Sedna. A small temple, where Liam had found an old golden bracelet inside a vase. Jazmin said the markings were an ancient form of Navajo yet she thought it said, "The Bracelet of Agloolik". She chuckled and said, "Put it on." Liam shrugged and slide it over his wrist. The next thing he knew he was surrounded in blue light, and his entire body burned. Then he passed out. Jazmin and her grandfather came to tell Liam what had happened when he put the bracelet on. Jazmin had said, when Liam had put the bracelet on he exploded into light, and the bracelet melted into his skin. Jazmin's grandfather began to call him Aglooian. Liam did not know what he meant, and Jazmin explained that he was Sedna's chosen one. A Warrior of Sedna. He was to fight in her name, for the people of Earth. Liam felt his wrist and could feel it was slightly harder, and he felt different. He felt more grounded. Liam didn't know what this meant, yet it was like he knew they were telling the truth. Jazmin and her grandfather swore to keep Liam's secret. As the world began to change because of the Ring, Jazmin came up with the idea to train Liam in the Navajo warrior ways. Jazmin began to train Liam how to track, move silently, notice, search, and some basic acrobatics. However, her grandfather had said he should learn how to use a weapon. Liam felt connected to the bow and arrow. He did not know why, or understand what made him choose this weapon. However he learned there was a reason behind it.
Liam has a natural affinity to use the bow and arrow. His ability borderlines from master to super human ability. While practicing his shooting, Liam was concentrating when he pulled back the string his arrow exploded into an arrow of ice. He yelped as he released it and the arrow hit true and caused the target to explode. He began to learn he could create arrows of ice, and use them in his attacks. This came just in time as the world was changing and not for the best. Things began to get bad in Juno where metahumans began to commit crimes using their powers. Liam was raised differently and decided he had to do something because he had all these amazing abilities. Liam poured all if his passion into his training for the next couple of months with Jazmin, her grandfather, and the cousin who was known for being a great hunter within the tribe. At the age of 17, Blue Ranger made his first appearance in Juno foiling a metahuman bank robbery.
What happens this Time?
Over the years, Liam and Jazmin became best friends. The two were considered by many to be "sweethearts". Upon graduating high school the entire Lasilen family were made honorary members of the Navajo tribe. Jason and the Navajo tribe had hoped Jazmin and Liam would bond/marry. Liam couldn't see it until he saved Jazmin once, and realized how much he cared for her. Liam asked Jazmin to marry him soon after that event. She turned him down with the, "But I just don't see you that way. You are like my brother" reason. This crushed Liam, and that night he fled Juner Springs. Unsure of where to go, Liam pulled out a map of the United States. He closed his eyes, and pointed at the map. His finger landed on Port Liberty.
