Biography
William Jeremy West was born on January 19th, 1997 in Memphis, Tennessee. His parents are Jacob West and Amanda Hardy. Even at a young age, Will was already pulling off crazy stunts on his bike or rollerblades, the ultimate dares were only an imagination away for the young daredevil. Always up for a challenge, his schoolyard conflicts involved not bullies, but double dares and the chanting of his name. He wanted to be famous, for everyone to know the name of Will West.
Hobbies
Will plays the drums for underground punk bands whenever invited. Also a lacrosse player, speed skater, stunt biker, self-proclaimed daredevil - the teenager's plate is usually full with things to do. When he's not out risking his life over a dare, the somewhat stubborn and conceited Will West is attempting to get his studies down and pass the eleventh grade.
Personality
Will can be somewhat pessimistic (to say the least). He's not the happiest boy out there and he doesn't talk much. When people leave him alone and let him lose himself in his world of music and stunts, he's at his happiest. Blitz, on the other hand, seems to be the polar opposite. As if they were separate personalities entirely, Blitz revels in the attention, wishing only to be known and remembered. Sometimes the two identities clash

Blitz
Blitz is most noteable for the sonic boom that follow in his wake as he speeds past and uses the indestructible powers his flight provides him with as a pure impacting weapon against criminals.
First Appearance
Blitz's first appearance in full uniform came about on January 20th, 2013 in Port Liberty by a high school class on a field trip who happened to be taking a class picture as he flew by. Suffice it to say the picture is blurry at best.
